A dedicated quality department applies rigorous checks to ensure conformance to specification for both screws and corrosion resistant plating. The in-house test facilities will check "pull-out" and "speed insertion" performance into individual profiles, as well as conducting "torque-testing" and "plating depth" testing on all batches of screws. In addition the company has for 15 years been commissioning regular independent salt spray tests on the products at UKAS Testing Houses. Copies of certificates are available on request.
